Monkeypox Awareness Campaign Design
Project Overview
I partnered with public health organizations to create a multilingual Monkeypox awareness campaign, designed for both print and digital media. The campaign aimed to educate and empower communities about Monkeypox prevention and treatment while fostering inclusivity and reducing stigma.
Design Approach
To ensure the campaign resonated with diverse audiences, I developed custom-made, sex-positive illustrations that told a unified story of care, awareness, and representation. The visuals celebrated diversity by showcasing various genders, body types, and ethnic backgrounds, reflecting the communities most affected.
The campaign was localized for English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French to maximize demographic outreach and engage a broader audience. Each design element was carefully adapted to align with cultural nuances while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
